The heart of the system is the IP communication server, which is based on a true Client-Server design that does not require the purchase of traditional hardware to support analogue stations or trunk circuits.
System Management
WebPro is a web based system management tool that provides you with the ability to manage your phones and simplify administration. Programming is done via three methods- Standard view, Wizards and system data. These views are accessible through easy to use menus or one click icons.
Distributed Networks
A distributed office environment reduces the operating expenses incurred in managing disparate equipment by consolidating them into one system. The SV8100 “Netlink” feature allows you to use your IP network to connect remote office servers together as if they were a single system. You can access any extension in the network as if you were located in the same location along with remote branch offices taking advantage of the features and applications housed at the head office location such as voicemail, operator console and contact centre with no incremental cost.
