Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) is an Internet access service, established between a customer’s internal IP networks and National and International Internet services. Dedicated Internet Access is a permanent connection to the Internet over a 2Mb (or less) access via Frame Relay.

Dedicated Internet Access is suitable for businesses that have sufficient internal resources to manage their Internet Access. It provides raw access to the Internet using Telecom’s Frame Relay and Global Gateway Internet Networks. Dedicated Internet Access is one of the two types of types of direct Internet connection services available through the Global Gateway Internet Service (GGIS) network (the other being Corporate Internet Direct).
